ZANYIKO SOLUTION was founded in March 2019 by the innovative and forward-thinking duo, Mr. J.E. Rikhotso and Dr. M.M.A. Mpotoane. Officially incorporated on March 14, 2019, our establishment adheres to the regulations set forth by the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, ensuring that we operate with integrity and professionalism.


The creation of ZANYIKO SOLUTION represents a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to tackle the critical issue of unemployment that profoundly affects our communities. Mr. J.E Rikhotso

He possesses a strong skill set in Emergency Preparedness Awareness Training (E.P.A), demonstrating his

commitment to enhancing safety within organizations. With a wealth of experience in managing Emergency Preparedness Awareness Training programs, as well as various related projects, he honed these skills during his tenure at TRANSNET Waterfall Park Offices.

The E.P.A training initiative involved equipping all TRANSNET employees with essential knowledge and practical skills necessary for the safe and efficient evacuation of their premises in the event of an emergency.


This comprehensive training not only emphasized the importance of preparedness but also fostered a culture

of safety and awareness among staff members,

ensuring that they are well-prepared to respond

effectively in critical situations.
